1. Nature of Services

My Repair Consultant ("we," "us," or "our") provides automotive consulting services that include reviewing repair estimates, answering questions about repair recommendations, and offering guidance based on our professional experience in the automotive industry.

Our services are advisory in nature only. We provide opinions and guidance based on the information you share with us. We do not physically inspect vehicles, perform diagnostic testing, or conduct repairs.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We cannot guarantee any specific outcome from your repair experience
• Our advice is based solely on the information provided to us and our professional judgment
• Repair outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the repair facility's workmanship, parts quality, and unforeseen vehicle conditions
• While we strive to help you make informed decisions, the final decision to approve or decline any repair is yours alone

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Repair Consultant shall not be held liable for:

• Any negative outcomes resulting from repairs you approve or decline, whether or not you followed our guidance
• The actions, workmanship, pricing, or conduct of any repair facility
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Any losses related to vehicle damage, safety issues, or additional repair costs
• Decisions made based on our consultation

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation in question.

4. Not a Diagnostic Service

We do not diagnose vehicles. Our consultations are limited to reviewing and discussing repair estimates and recommendations provided by repair facilities. We cannot determine whether a diagnosis is correct without physically inspecting the vehicle, which is outside the scope of our services.

5. Independent Third Party

We are an independent consulting firm with no financial relationships, partnerships, or affiliations with any repair shops, dealerships, parts suppliers, or other automotive businesses. Our guidance is unbiased and based solely on our professional experience and the information you provide.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and repair estimate
• Make your own final decisions regarding repairs
• Understand that our consultation is one input among many you should consider
• Not hold us responsible for the actions of third parties, including repair facilities

7. Consultation Scope

Our consultations are intended to help you understand repair estimates before you approve work. We do not provide ongoing support during the repair process, post-repair dispute resolution, or legal advice. Additional services such as direct shop communication are offered at our discretion and do not change the advisory nature of our services.

8. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of scheduling. Consultations are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you share with us, including repair estimates and vehicle details, is used solely to provide your consultation. We do not share your information with repair shops or third parties without your explicit permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
